Common Questions
Is there really a free listing?
Yes. A basic listing and claimed account are free. Online Featured billing is paused while we review regional pilot providers and prove reliable homeowner fulfillment.
How do homeowners find me?
We build individual pages for trade and town combinations across Westchester, Fairfield, Rockland, Putnam, Dutchess, and Orange counties. When homeowners browse or search for a local service, your listing can give them a direct way to review and contact your business.
How do leads work?
When a homeowner submits a request, details are delivered only to an approved provider whose trade and confirmed service area match. Lead volume is not guaranteed, and homeowner details stay private until a provider clears the review gates.
What do I need to get listed?
A valid business, phone number, primary trade, and real service area. Pilot lead access also requires approved ownership, current licensing where applicable, and current insurance evidence.
How is this different from pay-per-lead marketplaces?
TLC starts with a public directory listing and direct contact details. During the regional pilot, approved providers may receive matching requests without an online Featured charge; no lead volume is promised.
What does Featured cost?
There is no online Featured charge during the regional pilot. Applications are reviewed first, and any future paid offer will be shown before billing is enabled.
